Prepositional phrases in sentences HELP!?

- Prepositional phrases start with things like under or behind or after or of, of is the most common. They tell where or when, yesterday is one too. - ok imagin a mouse and a box. ok. well anywhere the mouse can go in the box is a pp. like. the mouse is runing behind the box. the pp is- behind the box. the mouse that is in the box. the pp is- in the box. simple. now. the bird is on the house. pp- on the house. sally and bob are running across the bridge. pp- across the bridge. i hope this helps. lisa
