I say stone cold cause look how many slogans and catch phrases he has: The texas rattlesnake, the toughest SOB in the wwe, gonna open a can off whoop ass and walk it dry, austin 3:16 says i just whooped your ass, cause thats the bottom line cause stone cold said so....and of course the famous one of them all WHAT!?!?!?! who do you think has the best catch phrases or slogans?

13. If we're going backwards in time, RVD: RVD 4:20, RVD, ROB VAN DAM, Mr Monday Night, Mr Pay Per View, "That's Cool", etc, etc. His ECW days and early WWE days were the best. Not the dumb stoner WWE turned him into.
