Help with Prepositional phrases?? please!?

Ok, I have 2 Preposistional Phrases, Directions: Underline(type) each preposistional phrase. Write (adj.) or (adv.) above the phrase to identify it, and tell me the word modified. can u make it specific please?:) 1. In the eastern part of Texas, a rish spinach-growing area, farmers have created a statue of Popeye. 2. Because of the weather forecast, the festival may be postponed until the end of the month.   1. When the prep phrase modifies a noun it is adjectival, if it modifies a verb it is adverbial. I won't tell you the exact answers because you can think through it. For example: "In the Eastern part of Texas" modifies "created"...so it is... "of Popeye" modifies "statue" so it is...
